The Grund64 association's notices on the Hungarian Chess Federation calendar date the unofficial national chess championship for kindergarten children 13 April 2025 (4th) and 3 May 2026 (5th), both in the Grund64 chess hall, Bíró Lajos utca 15 (VIII. kerület); the 2026 notice calls it a tradition of 25 years and a practice event before the official national championship in May.
