Latest evidence

The festival's own site dates its 2026 edition 26 September 2026, 10:00 to 17:30, at the Hungarian National Gallery, with the theme of critical thinking: a day of workshops, a chess-painting show, a film screening, simultaneous displays and chess competitions (a Rubik chess tournament among them). Its menu lists earlier Budapest editions for 2021 to 2025, and a Budapest events guide calls the 2026 festival the 12th and places the gallery within Buda Castle. Neither page prints a street address.
