Kempelen Farkas Gimnázium, iskolai sakkcsapat

Latest evidence

A team of the school played in three dated team competitions of the Budapest school olympiad (Diákolimpia) since October 2024, each on its own day: the district XXII team competition of the school olympiad, 4-5 February 2025 (team printed «Kempelen Farkas Gimn. I.»); the Budapest team final of the Budapest Chess Federation, boys, age groups III-IV, 19 April 2025 (team printed «Kempelen Farkas G»); the Budapest team final 2025/26, boys, age groups III-IV, 28 March 2026 (team printed «Kempelen Farkas G»). In each the teams of schools play one another and are ranked as teams, so the school stands as one side, not pupils entered one by one. The Budapest Chess Federation's team registration list for the 2025/26 Budapest final prints the school with «Budapest XXII. ker.», so it is placed in district XXII. The results pages are the only chess trace; no page of the school about chess was opened, so the entry stays unconfirmed. The card records the school's team, not a session open to visitors.
